Salad Greens with Sweet Dijon Mustard Dressing

8 cups Tossed Salad Greens
½ cup dried Cranberries
½ cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons sugar
1. Wash salad greens and chop into bite size pieces. In a large bowl combine greens, cranberries, and walnuts. Set a side. In a small bowl, place the cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil and sugar. Mix dressing. Toss with greens and serve
