Scalloped Potatoes

8 medium potatoesWashed, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons flour 
1 teaspoon salt 
¼ teaspoon pepper 
3 tablespoon margarine 
2 cups nonfat milkScalded
¾ cup reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheeseShredded

1Layer about 1/3 of the potatoes in a baking dish. 
2Combine flour, salt and pepper in a cup. 
3Sprinkle about half of mixture over potatoes. 
4Repeat layers of potatoes and mixture, ending with potatoes on top. Dot with margarine. Pour over scalded milk over potatoes. 
5Cover and bake in 375 degree F oven for 45 minutes. 
6Uncover, sprinkle cheese evenly over top. 
7Bake uncovered, 15 minutes or until tender.Internal temperature 165 F.
