Scalloped Potatoes

8 Medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
3 Tablespoon margarine
2 Cups milk, scalded
3/4 Cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Layer about 1/3 of the potatoes in a sprayed casserole dish. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a cup. Sprinkle about half of mixture over potatoes. Repeat layers of potatoes and mixture, ending with potatoes on top. Dot with margarine. Pour scalded milk over potatoes. Cover and bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Bake uncovered, 15 minutes or until tender. Serves 8.
