Sesame Ginger Chicken

1/2 Cup lite soy sauce
1/2 Cup honey
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger
2 Tablespoons oil
8 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 Green onions with tops, cut into thin strips
1. In a small bowl; combine the first five ingredients; set aside.
2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
3. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
4. Add chicken and sauté for 8 to 10 minutes or until juices run clear.
5. Pour sauce over chicken.
6. Garnish with onions. Serves 8.
