1/2 Cup minced onion
1/2 Cup chopped celery
1/2 Cup chopped green pepper, seeds and membranes removed
1/2 Cup chopped mushrooms (optional)
1/2 Cup chili sauce
1/2 Cup water
1/2 Teaspoon salt
8 Whole Grain Hamburger buns
|1. Brown ground beef in large skillet
2. Drain Fat.
3. Add onion, celery, green peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet.
4. Add chili sauce, water, and salt.
5. Simmer uncover over low heat about 15 minutes until thickened enough to spoon onto buns and internal temperature reaches 165 degree F. Serves 8
