Spinach and Bacon Salad

8 Cups torn assorted spinach
4 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
8 Slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
Dressing: 1 Cup oil; 1/3 Cup vinegar; 3/4 Teaspoon salt; 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Wash spinach thoroughly, dry, and break into bite size pieces into a salad bowl. Sprinkle with the chopped eggs and bacon. Toss with dressing. 8 Servings.
