Spinach with Cranberries, Walnuts and Blue Cheese

1 /2 c. Chopped Walnuts
1 (10 oz,) bag fresh spinach, washed
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 T. red raspberry jam
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 T. olive oil
1 1 t. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl toss together, spinach, walnuts, cranberries, blue cheese, avocado and red onion. In a small bowl whisk together jam, vinegar, oil, mustard, and garlic. Pour over the salad and toss.
