|1 Deep Dish Pie Crust (Frozen)
2 Pints Fresh Strawberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
3 T. cornstarch
3 T. Strawberry gelatin (package mix-powder)
1 c. Whipped Topping
|Prepare pie crust according to the directions on the package. Let cool.
Wash strawberries and remove stems. Cut Strawberries into bite size pieces.
In a sauce pan combine sugar, water and cornstarch. Cook until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in strawberry gelatin powder. Let cool for 10- 15 minutes. Arrange fresh strawberries into pie crust. Pour strawberry gelatin mixture over strawberries. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped topping.
