Stuffed Hamburger Casserole

2 1/2 Pounds lean ground beef
4 Cups stuffing mixture or croutons
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 Cup diced onions
1/4 Cup diced celery
2 Cans mixed frozen vegetable, thawed
1 cup light sour cream
2 cups low salt beef broth
1 Cup fat free evaporated milk
2 Cups diced potatoes
Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain.  Place hamburger in bottom of  a 9 X 13 inch pan.  Spread croutons evenly over hamburger.  Layer on the vegetables.  Mix evaporated milk, broth, sour cream salt, poultry seasoning, onions, and celery. Pour over vegetable layer.   Cover with diced potatoes.  Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.  Serves 8.
