Sweet and Sour Cabbage

4 Slices bacon
2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 Cup vinegar
1/2 Cup water
1 Small onion
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Small Head cabbage
Parboil cabbage. In a large skillet, fry bacon and onion. (Do not drain grease.) Add flour, vinegar, and water. Chop cabbage. Add to skillet mixture. Cook until tender on medium heat. Serves 8.
