Sweet Potato Casserole

5 sweet potatoes, sliced
¼ cup margarine
½ cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 pinch ground cinnamon
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place sweet potatoes in a large saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook until tender. (about 15 minutes) Remove from heat and drain. Whip sweet potatoes in a large bowl with electric mixer. Add the margarine, brown sugar, orange juice and cinnamon. Pour into baking dish and top with marshmallows. Bake uncover for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8.
