Tuna and Peas Pasta

1 lb. Whole grain pasta
4 cups canned tuna, water packed, drained, flaked
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 9 minutes, or as package directs. Reserve 1 cup of cooking water; drain pasta.
2. In a large  bowl  add garlic and  tuna. Flake tuna.  Add lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, olive oil and pepper. Toss to coat. Add pasta and peas. Gently toss. Chill. Top with Parmesan cheese just before serving. Serve chilled.
 Serves 8.
