Turkey Sausage Skillet Dinner

Portion Size: 1 ½ cups

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 package (24 ounces) frozen potatoes O’Brien
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups chopped broccoliWashed, trimmed and chopped
2 (2pounds) rings lean turkey sausage (Kielbasa)
1/2 cup low fat shredded Cheddar Cheese

1Heat oil in a large skill until hot.
2Add potatoes, oregano and pepper.
3Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring until potatoes are light brown.
4Add broccoli and sausage.
5Cover and cook about 15 minutes until hot.Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F. 
6Top with cheese.
7Cover and heat until cheese is melted.
