White Bean and Pepper Salad

¼ c. lemon juice
1 T. oil
½ t. sugar
½ t. dill
¼ t black pepper
½ t. garlic powder
2 15 oz. can white kidney or navy beans drained and rinsed
1 c. chopped red or green sweet pepper
1 c. chopped seeded cucumber
8 sliced green onions
Drain the kidney beans and rinse them. Dry thoroughly. In a mixing bowl stir together lemon juice, oil, sugar, dill, black pepper and garlic. Add beans sweet pepper, cucumber and green onions. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours Serves 8.
