White Bean Soup

2 Tablespoons olive oil
12 garlic cloves, minced
1 Large onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons Flour
4 (15 oz.) can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
3 (14 oz.) Cans Chicken broth
3 Tablespoons dried sage
½ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large soup pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, and cook until onion is tender. Stir in flour, Add beans, broth, sage and pepper and stir. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
