Zucchini and Goat Cheese Appetizers

4 ounces low-fat cream cheese
4 ounces goat cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped sun dried tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained very well
8 basil leaves, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper
2 long zucchini, sliced into coins
¼ cup shredded radishes
In a medium bowl, use a fork to mash cream cheese and goat cheese until combined. Mix in sun dried tomatoes, spinach, basil, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread a heaping teaspoon of cheese mixture onto each zucchini slice. Top with radishes.
