Hawaiian Pineapple with Sweet and Sour Turkey Sausage

Portion Size: 1 cup (1/2 cup rice and ½ cup meat mixture)

Steps:Directions: Critical Control Point /Quality Assurance
1Cook and stir the bell peppers in oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes 
2Add the sausage and cook until lightly browned and peppers are tender.
3Add chili garlic sauce and pineapple; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
