Chili

Ingredients
2 Pounds ground lean beef or ground turkey
1 Small onion, minced
1 Small green pepper, diced
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can red cut tomatoes
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (16 oz.) cans pinto or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
3 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Teaspoon ground cumin
Instruction
1. Sauté onion and ground beef in a nonstick skillet until beef is no longer pink.
2. Drain fat.
3. Add rest of ingredients.
4. Stir and heat to internal temperature 165 degree F.
Serves 8.
