Cranberry Sauced Turkey Steaks

2 Tablespoons margarine
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
8 Turkey breast tenderloin steaks (about 2 pounds)
1 Cup cranberry orange sauce
1/2 Cup orange juice
2 Teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 Teaspoons cinnamon
In a bowl stir together margarine and soy sauce. Rinse turkey; pat dry. Place turkey on the unheated rack of a broiler pan; brush with soy sauce mixture. Broil for 4 to 6 minutes more or till turkey is tender and no longer pink. Meanwhile, for sauce, in a small saucepan stir together cranberry orange sauce, orange juice, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Spoon sauce over turkey steaks. Serves 8.
