Pumpkin Pudding

1 package(5 1/10-oz.) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 can(12 fl.oz.) evaporated milk (1 1/2-cups)
1 can(15 oz.) 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Whipped Cream (optional)
1. Beat pudding mix and evaporated milk according to package directions in large bowl.
2. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
3. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.
4. Mix well.
5. Spoon into dessert dishes.
6. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until ready to serve.
7. Top with whipped cream. Serves 8.
