Apricot Fruit Cocktail Sauce

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

1 cup apricot preserves 

1 (15.25 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained

1/4 cup Dijon mustard 
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1Puree in a blender: apricot preserves, fruit cocktail and Dijon mustard. 
2Pour into a saucepan and add nutmeg. Heat over medium heat until bubbly.
3Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a covered container. Serve hot or cold.
