Beef Pizza

½ teaspoon garlic powder | |
1 (1 pound) loaf frozen bread dough | Thawed |
1 small jar pizza sauce | |
2 cups shredded lowfat mozzarella cheese |

1 | In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. | Internal temperature of beef should reach 165 degree F |
2 | Add garlic powder | |
3 | On a floured surface, roll dough into a 13-inch circle | |
4 | Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 12-inch pizza pan. | |
5 | Spread sauce over crust to within 1/2 inch of edge | |
6 | Top with beef and then cheese. | |
7 | Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted |
