Beef Sesame Stir Fry

Portion Size: ¾ cup 

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
2 1/2 pounds boneless tender beef steak (sirloin, rib eye, or top loin) Trim all visible fat, slice thinly across the grain
1/3 cup Lite Soy Sauce
¼ cup sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup vegetable oil 
4 green  onions, slicedWashed, trimmed, and sliced thin
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
For gluten free (GF): Use GF soy sauce. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Cut beef across grain into strips, then into 1 1/2 inch squares.
2Mix soy sauce, sugar, oil, and garlic in a large bowl. Add beef and add to bowl. Cover.
3Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 24 hours.
4Heat 1 tablespoon oil in hot wok or skillet over high heat.
5Add beef and stir fry 1 minute; remove.Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 F degrees for 15 seconds  
6Add sesame seeds and serve immediately. Garnish green onions.
