Beef Sesame Stir Fry

| 2 1/2 pounds boneless tender beef steak (sirloin, rib eye, or top loin) | Trim all visible fat, slice thinly across the grain |
| 1/3 cup Lite Soy Sauce | |
| ¼ cup sugar | |
| 2 cloves garlic, minced | |
| ¼ cup vegetable oil | |
| 4 green onions, sliced | Washed, trimmed, and sliced thin |
| 3 tablespoons sesame seeds |

| 1 | Cut beef across grain into strips, then into 1 1/2 inch squares. | |
| 2 | Mix soy sauce, sugar, oil, and garlic in a large bowl. Add beef and add to bowl. Cover. | |
| 3 | Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 24 hours. | |
| 4 | Heat 1 tablespoon oil in hot wok or skillet over high heat. | |
| 5 | Add beef and stir fry 1 minute; remove. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 F degrees for 15 seconds |
| 6 | Add sesame seeds and serve immediately. Garnish green onions. |
