Chicken Bacon Ranch Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients Notes: 
4 oz. light cream cheeseSoftened
1/2 cup Light Ranch Dressing 
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce Washed, trimmed and chopped
½ cup sliced red onion Washed, peeled and sliced thin
8 (large) tortillasMay use whole wheat 
1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup diced tomatoesWashed trimmed and diced
1 large avocado, slicedWashed, peeled, seed removed and sliced.
½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon 
1 lb. thin slices cooked grilled chicken
For gluten free (GF): Use GF dressing and GF tortillas. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free

1In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy.
2Add Ranch dressing and mix well.
3Spread 2 tablespoons of honey cream cheese mixture out to the edge of each tortilla.
4Sprinkle each tortilla with cheese, leaving about 1 inch around the edge.
5Place 2 oz. slices of turkey, lettuce, avocado  and tomatoes on each tortilla.
6Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
7Chill at least 30 minutes, then slice each tortilla log into eight 1-inch rounds and serve.
