Cilantro Avocado Sauce

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1/2 cups fresh cilantro Washed, trimmed and roughly chopped in a food processor. 
1 avocado
Washed, peeled and pitted 
½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
¼ cup lemon juice
2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 lime, juiced 

2 cloves garlic, minced 
1 tablespoon water 
or as needed 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

1Place olive oil, cilantro, avocado, lime juice, lemon juice, yogurt and garlic in a blender; pulse until combined. Add water as needed to thin sauce. 
2Season with salt and pepper.
