Cilantro Avocado Sauce

| 1/2 cups fresh cilantro | Washed, trimmed and roughly chopped in a food processor. |
| 1 avocado
 | Washed, peeled and pitted |
| ½ cup nonfat plain yogurt | |
| ¼ cup lemon juice | |
| 2 Tablespoons olive oil | |
| 
1 lime, juiced | |
| 
2 cloves garlic, minced | |
| 1 tablespoon water 
 | or as needed |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt | |
| ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper |
