Cilantro Jalapeno Dipping Sauce

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: ~ 1 ½  cups 

Ingredients Notes: 
1 jalapeno, halvedWashed, trimmed and seeds removed
1 garlic clove (minced)Washed, peeled and minced
½ cup sour cream 
2 tablespoons lime juice
1  cups light mayonnaise 
1 cup loosely packed cilantro leavesWashed, trimmed and stems removed.

1Mix all ingredients in a food processor. 
2Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
