Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients Notes: 
1 pound loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
⅔ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup whipping cream
For gluten free (GF): Use GF frozen bread dough. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1On a floured surface, roll dough into an 18-in. x 6-in. rectangle; brush with butter.
2In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough.
3Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seams to seal.
4Cut into 16 slices. Place, cut side down, in two greased 8-in. round baking pans.
5Cover and let rise until doubled, about 50 minutes.
6Pour ¼ cup cream over each pan.
7Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.
8Immediately invert onto serving plates.
