Cranberry Citrus Salad with Chili Vinaigrette

2 cups pink grapefruit | Washed, peeled, membranes removed and diced |
2 cups oranges | Washed, peeled, membranes removed and diced |
1/3 dried whole cranberries | |
¼ cup red onion | Washed, peeled and thinly sliced |
Dressing | |
3 Tbsp. olive oil | |
¼ cup lime juice | |
dash chili powder | |
¼ teaspoon salt | |
¼ teaspoon black pepper | |
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds | |
1 teaspoon honey |

1 | In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. | |
