Creamy Lemon Garlic Dressing

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

2 fresh squeezed lemonsWashed, zested and squeezed
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup nonfat milk
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1Mix together lemon juice, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in milk, adjusting the amount or adding a little water, to make the dressing as thin or thick as you like. 
2Serve immediately or refrigerate.
