Feta Yogurt Sauce

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
2 cups low fat plain Greek yogurt
1 small cucumber Washed, peeled and finely chopped
2 Tablespoons freshly chopped mint or parsley or 1 tablespoon driedWashed, trimmed and finely chopped fresh
1 clove garlic, mincedWashed, peeled and minced
½ cup (2 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
¼ teaspoon salt

1Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender. 
2Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
