Fruited Yogurt Drink

Portion Size: 1  ½ cups (1 milk and 1 fruit serving)

Ingredients: Yields:  1

Ingredients Notes: 
1/2 banana
1/2 cup peaches or 1/2 Cup sliced strawberriesUse canned water packed peaches or fresh; or fresh washed and trimmed strawberry or frozen strawberries
1/4 cup nonfat milk
2/3 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
2 or 3 Large ice cubes
For Gluten Free: This is a gluten free recipe. Always check all ingredients to be sure they are gluten free.

1If using peaches cut into chunks.  
2In a blender container combine milk, fruit, sugar, and yogurt.  
3Cover and blend till smooth.  
4Add ice cubes one at a time.  
5Blend until smooth.  
6Serve immediately.
