Orange Marmalade Sweet Rolls

1 1b. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed | |
1/3 cup orange marmalade | Can use sugar free marmalade |
2 tablespoons raisins | |
1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar | |
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel | |
2 teaspoons orange juice |

1 | On a floured surface, roll dough into a 12-in. x 8-in. rectangle; brush with spreadable fruit. | |
2 | Sprinkle with raisins. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal. | |
3 | Cut into 12 slices. Place cut side down in muffin cups coated with nonstick cooking spray. | |
4 | Cover and let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes. | |
5 | Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. | |
6 | Immediately invert onto serving plates. | |
7 | Combine the confectioners’ sugar, orange peel and orange juice; drizzle over warm rolls | Store in air tight container for up to 72 hours. May freeze for up to 30 days |
