Pepperoni Bites

1 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese | |
1/2 cup chopped low fat pepperoni | |
1 cup pizza sauce | |
1 lb. loaf frozen fresh bread dough, thawed | |
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese |

1 | For filling, in a bowl combine mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce. | |
2 | Set aside. | |
3 | Break dough into small 1 inch pieces. | |
4 | Roll into ball. | |
5 | Press flat. . | |
6 | Place about 1 rounded tablespoon filling in the center of each circle. | |
7 | Bring edges of dough together. Pinch to seal. | |
8 | Place, seam side down, on greased baking sheets. | |
9 | Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. | |
10 | Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes or till golden brown. | |
11 | Serve warm. |
