Pineapple Berry Fruit Smoothie

Portion Size: 1 1/2 cup ( 1 milk and fruit serving)

Ingredients: Yields: 8 cups

Ingredients Notes: 
2 (10 oz.)  package frozen blueberries or blackberries
2 cans (15 oz.) pineapple, drained 
8 cups low fat yogurt (plain, lemon or berry)
2 tablespoons Honey
