Pork Chop with Honey Garlic Glaze

Portion Size: 3 oz. boneless, 5 oz. with bone

8 boneless pork chops, ½ inch thickTrim all visible fat
1 teaspoon salt 
½ teaspoon black pepper 
¼ cup oil 
½ cup lemon juice 
½ cup honey 
¼ cup lite soy sauce 
1 teaspoon garlic powder 
1 Tablespoon cornstarch 
For gluten free (GF): Use GF soy sauce.  Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Brown chops and season with salt and pepper. 
2Cook chops on both sides, turning only for about 8-9 minutes total.Cook to 145 ° F for 15 seconds.  
3In a small bowl, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder and cornstarch. Whisk thoroughly. 
4Pour sauce over chops and heat. 
5Serve chops and pour sauce over chops.
