Pork Chop with Lemon Sauce

Portion Size: 3 oz. boneless, 5 oz. with bone

8 boneless pork chops, ½ inch thickTrim all visible fat
¼ cup lemon juice 
¼ cup catsup 
½ cup brown sugar 
1 teaspoon onion powder 
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1Pre oven to 350°F 
2Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. 
3In a small bowl, lemon juice, catsup and brown sugar, garlic powder and onion powder. 
4Place pork chops in baking dish and spread with ½ sauce. Bake for 30 minutes. 
5Remove from oven. Turn over pork chops and spread on remaining sauce. Continue baking about 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145° F for 15 seconds.Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 °F for 15 seconds. Discard unused mixture
