Pork Tenderloin Medallions

2 lbs. boneless pork tenderloinTrim all visible fat, Thinly slice into thin slices across the grain.
1/4 cup olive oilOr vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic salt 
1 teaspoon pepper

1Season Meat with garlic salt and pepper 
2Heat oil to medium high heat. 
3Add pork slices 
4Cook for 2 minutes until slightly brownDO NOT OVER COOK
5Turn slices and cook until brownHeat to at least 145 degree with 4 minute rest

Slice thinly across the grain and serve.
