Red and White Cabbage Salad

Portion Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 Small head white cabbage (4 c.)Washed, trimmed and shredded finely
1 Small head red cabbage (4 c.)Washed, trimmed and shredded finely
2 applesPeeled, cored, and diced
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 Cup French Dressing(see recipe in cookbook)

1Mix the red and white cabbage together.  
2Add the apples, vinegar, and sugar, and toss lightly.
3Then toss in the French dressing. Chill until ready to serve.
