Spinach Fennel Orange Salad

Ingredients Notes: 
8 cups fresh spinachWashed and trimmed
3 oranges Washed, peeled, seeds removed, and white membranes removed
1 small bulb fennelWashed, trimmed and sliced thin
¼ cup sliced almonds
Dressing:
2 tablespoons olive oil 
3 tablespoons orange juice 
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon honey

1Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Add oranges and fennel.
2Combine dressing ingredients and toss with spinach just before serving. Top with almonds.
