Three Bean Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Portion Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
2 ( 8) ounce can cut wax beansDrained and rinsed. Use no added salt variety
2 (8) ounce can cut green beansDrained and rinsed. Use no added salt variety
2 (8) ounce can red kidney beansDrained and rinsed. Use no added salt variety
1/2 cup chopped onionWashed, peeled and minced
1 garlic cloveMinced, peeled and minced
1tablespoon Italian seasoning
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil 
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

1Combine wax beans, green beans, red kidney beans, onion, and green garlic.
2For dressing, in small bowl combine vinegars, oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
3Add to beans.  Mix well.  Cover and chill.
