Tomato Ginger Dressing

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields:  1 cup

Ingredients Notes: 
1 cup beefsteak tomatoWashed, cored, seeds removed and roughly chopped
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh minced gingerOr may use ½ teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch of ground cayenne
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup oil
For gluten free (GF): No changes. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1In a food processor, whisk together all ingredients. Chill until ready to use.
