Turkey Cuban Sandwich

| 1/2 cup light mayonnaise | Softened |
| 1 tablespoon hot chili sauce | |
| 2 tablespoons lime juice | |
| 2 tablespoons minced red onion | Washed, trimmed and minced |
| 1 teaspoon sugar | |
| 1 teaspoon ground cumin | |
| 8 (small ) Ciabatta rolls, sliced in half | |
| 8 slices Swiss Cheese | |
| 1/2 lb. thin slices lean turkey | |
| ½ lbs. thin sliced lean Black Forest ham | |
| 8 slices tomato | Washed, trimmed and sliced |

| 1 | In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, red onion, sugar and cumin. | |
| 2 | Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture out to the edge of each roll. | |
| 3 | Top each roll with cheese, turkey, ham, and tomatoes. | |
| 4 | Wrap each sandwich in foil. | |
| 5 | Heat in 400-degree F. oven for 10 minutes. Serve warm. |
