Turkey Salad with Almonds

3 cups diced pieces cooked roast turkey breast | |
1/2 cup diced celery | Washed, trimmed and minced |
1/2 cup sliced unsalted almonds | |
1 tablespoon grated onion | Washed, peeled and grated |
1 cup light mayonnaise | |
8 lettuce leaves | Washed |
2 hard cooked eggs | (optional) Sliced |

1 | Mix the turkey and celery. Add if you wish the grapes and or almonds. | |
2 | Mix in the onion and mayonnaise. | |
3 | Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. | |
4 | Serve on a lettuce leaf and garnish with slice eggs. |
