Turkey Salad with Almonds

Portion Size: 1/3 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
3 cups diced pieces cooked roast turkey breast
1/2 cup diced celeryWashed, trimmed and minced
1/2 cup sliced unsalted almonds
1 tablespoon grated onion Washed, peeled and grated
1 cup light mayonnaise
8 lettuce leavesWashed
2 hard cooked eggs(optional) Sliced


Steps:Directions: Critical Control Point /Quality Assurance
1Mix the turkey and celery.  Add if you wish the grapes and or almonds.
2Mix  in the onion and mayonnaise.  
3Refrigerate for  at least 30 minutes. 
4Serve on a lettuce leaf and garnish with slice eggs.
