Vanilla Cream Pie

Portion Size: 1 slice, 1/8 pie

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 (6 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
2 cups nonfat milk
1 (8 ounce) container frozen nondairy light whipped topping thawed
8-inch graham crumb crust
For gluten free (GF): Use GF pudding and GF graham crumb crust. Omit Nonfat milk  Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1In small mixer bowl, prepare pudding according to directions.  
2Spoon into crust.  
3Spread on nondairy topping.  
4Cover; chill 4 to 6 hours or until set.Chilled internal temperature maintained at 41°F.
