Whipped Gelatin

Portion Size: ½ c. 

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 large package flavored gelatinAny flavor
1 small container nondairy light whipped topping

1Prepare gelatin as directed on package.  
2Place in deep bowl and chill until it becomes slightly thickened.
3Whip with beater until it becomes fluffy and doubles in volume.
4Return to refrigerator to chill and set.Chilled internal temperature maintained at 41°F.
5Remove from refrigerator stir in nondairy whipped topping.
6Whip together with electric mixer. Chill until ready to serve.
