Brats Sandwich

Portion Size: 1 Brats with bun

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
8  Brats (3 oz.) 
8 Hot dog buns 
Catsup, mustard, relish, onions, sauerkrautoptional
For gluten free (GF): Use GF Brats and GF hot dog nuns.  Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Cover brats with  a small amount of water in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
2Let water evaporate. Cook to brown on sides
3Reduce heat and simmer 3 to 4 minutesCook until temperature reaches 165 degrees. 
4Place well drained Brats in a hot dog bun
5Top with catsup, mustard, relish , sauerkraut, and onions as desired.
