| 1 teaspoon salt | |
| ½ teaspoon black pepper | |
| ¼ cup oil | |
| 1 cup apple cider or juice | |
| 1 cup cranberry sauce | May use gelled canned. |
| ¼ cup honey | |
| ½ cup orange juice concentrate, thawed | |
| 1 teaspoon ground ginger |

| 1 | In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. | |
| 2 | Heat Chicken and season with salt and pepper. | |
| 3 | Add apple cider | |

| 5 | In a small bowl combine cranberry sauce, honey, orange juice concentrate and ginger. | |
