Chicken in Hawaiian Sauce (meatless)
Portion Size: ¾ cup; ½ cup chicken with ¼ cup sauce

| 1/2 cup packed brown sugar | |
| 1/3 cup light soy sauce | |
| 2 tablespoons cornstarch | |
| 2 ½ pounds meatless chicken | Cut into 1-inch pieces. |

| 1 | In a small bowl combine pineapple juice, cornstarch, brown sugar and soy sauce. | |
