Chicken with Apple Raison Sauce (meatless)

| ½ teaspoon black pepper | |
| ¼ cup oil | |
| 4 cups apple cider or juice | |
| ½ cup coarse grain mustard | |
| 6 large apples | Wash. Core and dice to ½ inch thickness |
| 1 cup raisons | |
| ½ cup sliced green onions | |
| ¼ cup cornstarch | |
| ½ cup water |

| 1 | In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. | |

| 3 | In a blender combine apples, raisin, cornstarch apple cider and mustard; pour over chicken. | |
