Cranberry Sauced Turkey Steaks
Portion Size: 4 oz. (3 oz. turkey with 1 oz. sauce)

| 2 tablespoons margarine, melted | |
| 2 tablespoons light soy sauce | |
| 8 turkey breast tenderloin steaks | About 2 lbs. |
| 1 cup cranberry orange sauce | May use canned cranberry sauce |
| 1/2 cup orange juice | |
| 2 teaspoons corn starch | |
| 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon |

| 1 | In a bowl stir together margarine and soy sauce. | |
| 2 | Rinse turkey; pat dry. Place turkey on the unheated rack of a broiler pan; brush with soy sauce mixture. | |
